Boring miles

The good FSD miles are the ones you forget.

Night highway. Lane held. Speed held. I still watch the wheel. Hands ready. Eyes up. Supervised, not unmanned.

That is the deal. The car can take the boring stretch. I stay in the loop. I show up usable. Not fried. Not gripping the wheel for three hours of I-75.

I use it for that. Detroit to a tee time. Detroit home after dark. The point is not the demo. The point is arriving with something left.

If I have to take over, I take over. No debate. The wheel is still mine.
