The founder, not the ad
Feb 11, 2025. Centered Presents: The Future of Health. Dr. Molly Brown and Christina Walecka. Forty-three minutes with Peter Wasowski, the man who built Vasper.

The title is a pitch. Boost testosterone. Recover in 21 minutes. That is how a wellness show names an episode. I already know the machine. I wanted the origin, not another ad.

He starts with how he got to it. Then the stack. Compression. Cooling. Intervals. A little resistance. Twenty-one minutes. He says that mix is the workout. Different ages. Different fitness. Then stories. Then hormones and mood. Then the bigger talk: do the work in the body first, keep the pharmacy off the table when you can, get engineers and doctors in the same room.
That is the episode. Founder interview on a clinic podcast. They are in the future-of-health business. Fine.
Here is my review. The useful part is the protocol, not the title. Twenty-one minutes. Three times a week. Low impact. Joints stay quiet. My scoreboard is still the night after. Sleep. Cortisol. How I feel in the morning. A podcast does not change that.
I sit on the thing. I buy the low-impact part. I do not need a founder to sell me a number I did not test. If the night is clean, the session worked.
If you already do Vasper, this is the man talking. If you do not, this is the sales cut. Either way, do the session. Leave. Check the night.
